Challenging the Chief Secretary to the Treasury on Local Decision Making

Buckinghamshire has consistently said no to top down “government-knows-best” spatial strategies like the Ox-Cam Arc. Yet today the Treasury said they wanted to work in partnership with local leaders at the very same time as reheating the Ox-Cam Arc under new branding of the Growth Corridor.

I want to see decisions taken locally, such as continuing our support for the Westcott Space Cluster. This Labour Government seem to want to just tell us what we should want. Outrageous!
