The Government has said they will be using the independent healthcare system for gynaecology treatment. This is welcome to help get waiting lists down. But when I asked for detail on this, with a basic question such as how many treatments the independent sector will be delivering the Minister decided to go political and not answer.
This is a serious issue, with many women waiting for gynaecology services and I will keep asking the Government to actually deliver.
