Today I spoke during the Farming and Inheritance Tax debate, making several interventions highlighting the importance of farming in Mid Buckinghamshire and across the UK, facing attacks from this Labour Government.
For example, I raised the case of Upper Peppershill Farm in Long Crendon facing a 40-year burden to repay the costs of a new tax. Farmers like them, buying retail but selling wholesale, need support, not policies that show a lack of understanding of rural life.
