The Lord Chancellor and Justice Secretary has unveiled a welcome package of measures, including deporting more foreign national prisoners, to free up space across the prison estate. Greg Smith MP used the opportunity to welcome higher levels of deportation and to challenge him to re-think plans to build a new mega prison between Grendon Underwood and Edgcott.
