At the first Department for Science, Innovation and Technology Question Time earlier, Greg Smith MP was proud to bang the drum for the innovative tour de force that is Westcott Space Cluster - particularly their focus on ensuring small and medium sized enterprises can use open access testing facilities, for example through Satellite Applications Catapult’s Disruptive Innovation for Space Centre (DISC); and Buckinghamshire Enterprise Zone’s £500,000 Westcott Accelerator and Incubation Programme. Greg looks forward to welcoming Minister George Freeman MP to Westcott to see the incredible work there for himself.
