At Question Time for the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities earlier, Greg Smith MP highlighted the recent perverse decisions - contrary to refusals and concerns made locally - of the Planning Inspectorate to approve a traveller site between Askett and Meade and the Red Furlong Farm site between Twyford and Poundon, calling on the Secretary of State, Michael Gove, to ensure the Planning Inspectorate is reformed so that they can no longer walk all over local wishes.
