With a question on the cost of HS2 on the Order Paper for Treasury questions, Greg Smith MP took the opportunity to remind the Chief Secretary of the Treasury that with ballooning costs we just can't afford HS2 - not least now it doesn't even go into central London OR central Birmingham.
