This afternoon Greg welcomed the High Court's ruling that the UK’s Rwanda Partnership is legal. But he also questioned the Home Secretary on the importance of a “not withstanding” clause in new legislation, to prevent those intent on frustrating further the Government's efforts to tackle illegal immigration through the courts.
