On 9th February Greg Smith MP spoke in a Westminster Hall debate on the importance of prioritising development for housing and commercial on brownfield sites rather than the open countryside. During the debate Greg highlighted the importance of food security and preventing flooding as key reasons why the countryside should be left alone in favour of brownfield regeneration sites. In the speech, the Buckingham MP included examples from the constituency in Ickford, Haddenham and Askett to help make the case.
