On Saturday 5th March 2022, Greg Smith MP joined volunteers from the Covid vaccination programme in Haddenham to say thank you for all they did.
Greg said: "A real pleasure to attend (supported by my youngest son) the thank you tea this afternoon to say a huge thank you to the army of volunteer heroes who supported the Covid vaccination programme in Haddenham. In particular, I was delighted to present Martin Andrew with a letter of appreciation for all he did to marshal the volunteers in Haddenham, for example organising the rotas, as well as doing 80 volunteer shifts himself!
"To everyone who volunteered, in Haddenham and at all our other vaccination centres, a most sincere and heart felt thank you! All the volunteers played an enormous role in ensuring the UK was a world leader in rolling out Covid vaccines and everyone should be rightly proud of the part they played in making that happen."
