A developer is proposing 100 homes on a greenfield site on the edge of Marsh Gibbon. This is inappropriate and wrong. It came up many times on the doorsteps of Marsh Gibbon this afternoon and Greg Smith has already lodged an objection in the developers consultation. If they bring it forward to a full planning application, Greg will of course go into bat for Marsh Gibbon, opposing this loss of our countryside. We need to build the homes we need on brownfield sites, not our countryside.
