It goes without saying that aid is only of any use if it reaches those who need it. We know Hamas don’t care about their civilian population and steal aid - reports of up to 60% of humanitarian aid entering Gaza - to build rockets, tunnels and prioritise their terrorist operatives. For peace in the region, for a two state solution, for civilians to get the support they need, Hamas must be defeated and cease to rule Gaza.
