On Friday 18th September 2020, Greg visited Soulbury to meet with Parish Council Chairman Vic Wright and residents to discuss a controversial planning application for new housing behind the Boot pub. The proposed homes would take away a large proportion of the pub car park, which would unleash parking chaos around the village and risk safety on local roads, not least from the entrance/exit of the pub being on a sharp bend. Greg is supporting residents and the Parish Council in their objections to this application; and wants to see the The Boot pub thrive in the village.
