One of the less well known question times in the House of Commons is a session to quiz the Parliamentary representative of the Church Commissioners.
In the latest session, Greg Smith MP took the opportunity to ask about plans the Church of England has for celebrating Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee: in particular how the Church plans to support individual churches—such as St Mary’s in Princes Risborough—which have very practical plans to mark the Jubilee with an expansion of community initiatives they run.
