On Sunday 20th March 2022 Greg opened a new Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) in Grendon Underwood and presented two community heroes in the village a thank you plaque for all they did during the pandemic.
Commenting, Greg said: "It was a huge honour to formally cut the ribbon and open the new MUGA (multi use games area) in the village, alongside Cllr Angela Macpherson and Grendon Underwood Parish Council Chairman Kim Moloney. This is a wonderful new facility in the village, which my own children were only too happy to try out! Thank you to everyone who has worked so hard to make this new games area a reality. Some delicious cakes afterwards too!
Following the opening, in the village hall, it was an pleasure to present two absolute community heroes, Kay and Kavit from Grendon Stores & Post Office, with a plaque thanking them for going above and beyond the call of duty during the Covid pandemic to support the local community. Thank you Kay and Kavit!"
