With the cost of fuel continuing to rise, Greg called for a debate on the impact of the "unacceptably high level of taxation on a tank of fuel" today, citing the example of a local coach operator who have seen the cost of fuel rise by £3,500 a week since January. Greg wants to see a radical reduction in tax on fuel, both for consumers and businesses, with an essential user rebate for road hauliers and transport companies like the coach sector.
