Greg Smith MP questioned Home Secretary Priti Patel following her Statement on the Migration and Economic Development Partnership with Rwanda, following the decision by the European Court of Human Rights to delay the first flight taking off. Greg stressed to the Home Secretary his fear that the longer these matters are kept in court and subject to legal acrobatics, the greater the risk the evil people smugglers will prey on more people, potentially with catastrophic loss of life. The Migration and Economic Development Partnership with Rwanda is designed to stop the people smuggling trade that goes on in the English Channel -- and those trying to legally thwart it are risking lives.
