Greg Smith MP's working week continues to be dominated by matters relating to HS2. Constantly raising a seemingly never ending stream of unbelievable actions from HS2 Ltd and their contractors with the companies involved and the Department for Transport. Below is Greg's letter from last Friday to Rail Minister Huw Merriman MP regarding Elm Tree Farm in Steeple Claydon. It is beyond belief that HS2 feel they can act in this manner, not least when Greg and fellow members of the Transport Select Committee were literally at Elm Tree Farm less than a fortnight ago. Greg will never give up on battling HS2 - both against the project in principle and fighting for Buckinghamshire people and communities to be treated with better respect from HS2 Ltd.
