With news breaking of a potential agreement between the Government of Gibraltar, the UK Government, the Spanish Government and the EU with regard to the border, Greg Smith MP questioned the Foreign Office Minister on ensuring proper Parliamentary scrutiny of any deal between Governments is conducted by both the European Scrutiny Committee and the whole House of Commons to ensure sovereignty is not compromised.
