Today I asked the Leader of the House of Commons to seek an update from the Home Secretary on the Government’s progress towards anti-spiking measures championed by the previous Conservative Government.
Whilst we wait for this important update, my work with Stamp Out Spiking and Dawn Dines will continue. More needs to be done to prevent this reprehensible crime and punish perpetrators to the fullest extent of the law.
