Pushing the Government to Properly Enact the Equipment Theft (Prevention Act)

My Private Members' Bill (now Act) had a commencement date a whole year ago, but the Government had yet to move secondary legislation to bring it into full force. 

I pressed the Government on this at Home Office Questions and was pleased to get a commitment of the motions being moved by the summer.
